Cold Plunge: 46–48°F | Infrared Sauna: 140–150°F | Hot Plunge: 104°F
Each temperature is carefully maintained to maximize the benefits of your session and keep you comfortable throughout.

Enjoy a 45-minute infrared sauna session followed by a 3–5 minute cold plunge, or alternate between the two throughout the hour depending on your preference. Moving between heat and cold stimulates circulation, eases muscle soreness and helps support your body's natural recovery.

30 minute contrast therapy session
Rotate between the hot plunge and cold plunge for 2–3 cycles in this focused, efficient session. The rapid temperature shifts work together to stimulate circulation, ease tension and help your body unwind.
