  • Our core services include cold plunge, infrared sauna, contrast therapy, light therapy, and red light therapy. Colon hydrotherapy is not considered a core service and cannot be used toward core service promotions.

  • Yes, we welcome walk-ins for most services. However, colon hydrotherapy is appointment-based, so we recommend booking in advance to secure your session.

  • Yes! Bring a guest for $15 to share the infrared sauna. Contact us to add a plus one!

  • Yes, we provide complimentary alkaline water to keep you hydrated and towels for your comfort during all services.

  • We recommend wearing comfortable and lightweight clothing. For light therapy treatments, the more exposed your skin is to the infrared/red light wavelengths, the more you will benefit. You can wear a bathing suit, a towel, or nothing at all. For the cold plunge, we require that a swimsuit be worn. Bathing suits are available upon request. HydroLight also provides a complimentary towel service for your convenience.

  • No worries, but please note your session will still end at the scheduled time to allow us to prepare for the next client.

  • Our light therapy uses two targeted panels, allowing you to focus on specific areas. One panel can address concerns like hair restoration, wrinkles, or acne on your face, while the other can target areas like the body for contouring or muscle recovery. Red light therapy, by contrast, provides full-body exposure to support overall skin health, recovery, and cellular healing.

  • Packages can only be shared with a spouse or immediate family member, but only with prior approval from the original purchaser. Contact us to set up sharing permissions and ensure a smooth experience for both users.

  • Yes! When you refer a friend to HydroLight Lounge, they’ll get $10 toward their first service. Once they complete it, you’ll receive a $10 credit added to your account as our way of saying thanks for sharing us with your friends!
